What is FASTag?

FASTag is an RFID tag linked to your vehicle that supports electronic toll collection. Your issuing bank manages the tag account, its balance and recharge services.

A registration-number lookup brings the available tag information into one place. Check the returned details before a journey and use your issuer’s own service when you need to recharge or resolve an account issue.

Frequently asked questions

A few useful answers before you search.

How do I look up my FASTag?

Enter the registration number linked to your vehicle and select Get FASTag details. The report displays the information available for that search.

Can I recharge my FASTag here?

Vehicle Details provides a lookup only. Use your issuing bank’s official app, website or another payment channel supported by the issuer to recharge.

Why does my balance differ from the bank’s app?

Records can update at different times. Use your issuer’s own account information to confirm the latest balance and recent toll transactions.

What if no FASTag is found?

Check the registration number and confirm with your bank that the tag is linked to that vehicle. A missing lookup record does not by itself confirm that there is no tag.

Where can I fix an inactive or incorrect tag?

Contact the issuing bank through its official support channel. The issuer manages activation, account details, replacements and disputes.
